Shipping Policy:

  • Order Processing: All freight orders will be booked and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

Returns Policy:

  • Change of Mind Returns: You can return or exchange a product within 30 days of purchase for any reason, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Change-of-mind returns are at the discretion of Tread Ezy PTY LTD and may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Faulty or Damaged Products: If your product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange an assessment. Some products may need to be sent to the manufacturer or their repair agent for evaluation.
  • Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
  • Return Process: For in-store purchases, returns or exchanges can be made at any Tread Ezy store location. For online purchases, returns can be processed via post. Please contact our Customer Service team for instructions and a return authorization.
  • Return Address: 7/28 Doherty Street, Brendale QLD 4500.
  • Shipping Costs for Returns: Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Tread Ezy PTY LTD will cover shipping costs for returns of faulty or damaged products.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. If you paid with a gift card, a replacement gift card of equivalent value will be issued.
  • Exclusions: Certain items, such as custom orders, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to our website for a full list of exclusions.
